Shipping
All orders made before 11am (GMT) will be dispatched the same day, except during very busy sale/promotion/holiday periods. During very busy sale/promotion/holiday periods, we still dispatch the vast majority of orders same day, but unfortunately cannot guarantee this for all orders. Orders placed on the weekend are dispatched on Monday.
Do you charge for shipping?
United Kingdom - Free for orders over £100, From £4.99 on orders below.
Europe - Free for orders over€100, From€4.99 on orders below
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Do you ship to any other countries?
It maybe possible for us to ship to a country that is not listed above. Please feel free to dropping us an email info@vesselgolf.uk and we will see what we can do.
How long will it take to get my order?
For UK delivery, if you order before 11am we dispatch your order on our Next Day service.
For Northern Ireland delivery, it takes 2 - 4 business days.
For European delivery, it takes 3 - 7 business days.
Will I need to pay duty on my European order?
No! We ship all orders with tax and duty paid. You can shop with confidence that what you pay at the checkout is the final amount.
Do you offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery service?
Yes! In the UK, if you order before 11am on Friday, we will deliver your order on Saturday or Sunday for a shipment fee of £9.99. You can choose your day within the checkout.
Who will deliver my order?
All our orders are shipped by DPD.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped we will sewnding you an email with your tracking number.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your refund policy?
At VESSEL, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund or exchange. Any return or exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. A refund will only be given for the cost of the item. Returns are credited to the original form of payment.

How much does it cost to return a golf bag? UK Order
- There is a flat £20 return label fee for all golf bags + the golf travel case.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your order back, we aim to issue your refund within 7 buisness days.

Are your golf bags compatible with specific golf accessories or trolleys?
Our golf bags are designed to be versatile and compatible with a wide range of golf accessories and trolleys. If you have specific compatibility questions, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
Can I use Player Series bags on trolleys?
Yes they have been designed to fit on trolleys both push and electric and have been purchased by lots of golfers to do so - they are our premium hybrid bag for carry and trolley use.
Are your golf bags waterproof?
Our golf bags are made with water-resistant materials to help protect your gear from the elements. They’ll hold up well in light rain, but they aren’t fully waterproof, so in heavy downpours, some water may get in.
How do I clean my Vessel bag?
Our materials are easy to wipe clean and simple soap and warm water will take care of most dirt spots. We highly recommend cleaning your golf bag after rounds to avoid deep stains.
Our Leather Cleaner and Leather Conditioner are perfect products to clean and protect your bag.
If you frequently ride on a cart, consider using a Cart Strap Sleeve. This accessory provides excellent protection for your bag while it’s secured to a cart, safeguarding it from potential wear and tear.
Can you tell me when an item is back in stock?
You can also sign up to stock alerts which you can find on every product page. Just click the 'Notify Me' button.

What is the difference between the Player V and the Player V DXR?

What bags are the golf club organizers compatible with?
The Golf Club Organizer is designed exclusively for the Lux Pro Cart Bag(Series I and Series II), Lux Cart II, and the Player V Pro Stand Bag. Both organizers are compatible with any top style (7-way, 14-way, 15-way). It is incompatible with any other cart, stand, or staff bags in our collection.

Combination Lock Instructions
Here are the steps to set up your combination lock:
- Align all the numbers in the middle column to "000" (with the arrow pointing down), then pull the top of the lock to open it.
- Rotate the top of the lock 180 degrees, then push it down. Now, set your desired three-digit code.
- Once the code is set, pull up on the top of the lock and rotate it 180 degrees back to its original position.
- Your new code is now set. You can lock and unlock the lock using this code.

Custom/Personalised Bags
Do you offer custom/personalised bags?
Yes! You can design a personalised golf bag by adding your name and/or logo from our in-line collection of golf bags.
1. Choose Bag Style - Pick a golf bag and color from our in-line collection. Click the ‘Personalization’ button to start the process.
2. Add Your Name - Choose from our selection of colors and fonts to view a preview of your text personalization.
3. Add a Logo - Upload your logo file to generate a preview. Add to cart and check-out! Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks to complete your order.
How long does it take?
Personalised orders will take longer to ship and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery from the date of purchase. This window may be delayed during observed holidays or during promotions.
Can I make adjustments to my personalised order?
Personalised orders are non-refundable, and we are unable to make any changes once the order has been placed. Our team works promptly to process your order, but please allow up to 3 weeks (not including weekends or holidays) for personalization plus standard processing times. We appreciate your understanding and patience!
Can I add a trademarked logo on to my bag?
We require written permission from the organization to put any trademark or copyright logos on your bag. This includes club logos.
Are the names and logos stiched on to the bags?
Yes! All of our personalized golf bags are embroidered.
Logo requirements
For logos, please upload a high-resolution PNG, JPEG, or vector file (AI/EPS preferred). This helps us achieve the best embroidery quality.
Placement
Embroidery is typically placed on the ball pocket or apparel pocket of the bag. Placement depends on the model you choose.
Can I see it before it’s embroidered?
For logos, yes - we’ll send you a swatch to approve. For names or initials, we don’t provide a proof, so please make sure your text is entered exactly as you’d like it embroidered.
Aftercare
Your embroidery is durable and designed to withstand normal use. We recommend spot cleaning around the embroidery to keep it looking sharp.
Loyalty & Rewards Program
How do I redeem my points?
First off, make sure you are logged into your account here. Once you're logged in, a drop-down option will appear at checkout, prompting you to redeem your points.
Points are not combinable with any other promotion or discount (i.e. discount codes, gift with purchase). If your points are unavailable at checkout please reach out to us at info@vesselgolf.uk and we will be happy to assist you!
Can I combine my loyalty rewards with other offers?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to use a promotion code and reward points together in the same purchase.
How do I see how many points I have?
To redeem your points, just log into your account and head to the rewards tab. You can view how many points you have here. Remember, you need to be signed in to use your points!
Do loyalty points expire?
Reward points will expire 1 year after they’re earned, so be sure to use them before they expire!
Why aren't my points showing up?
Please allow up to 24 hours for your points to appear. If you haven’t received a confirmation email from us, be sure to check your spam folder.

When will I receive birthday points?

Warranty Policy
At Vessel, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to meet the needs of our valued customers. We stand by the craftsmanship and durability of all of our products. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Vessel offers warranty coverage.
Warranty Coverage
Vessel warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. To be eligible for warranty coverage, customers are required to provide proof of purchase. The warranty is only valid on products purchased from our authorized retailers. The warranty is not valid on products purchased from third party resellers online.
Warranty Exclusions
Vessel warranty covers manufacturing defects outside of normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes, but is not limited to: rips, tears, abrasions, staining, fading, misuse, or neglect. Vessel does not warrant any products or parts that have been tampered with or altered in any way. Damages to the legs or bag that occur during exchanging carbon fiber legs will not be covered. With the exception of rubber feet, screws, or golf bag legs, Vessel’s warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.

Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Send an email to info@vesselgolf.uk with the subject line: “Warranty Claim”
Include the following information in your email:
First and last name
Email address

Product being returned
Reason for warranty claim
VESSEL order number - If your item was purchased through a retailer or club, please provide us with a photo of your receipt
Photo/video clearly showing the warranty issue
Shipping address for the return or replacement
Once we receive your warranty claim, our dedicated team will review the information provided and respond to your request in a timely manner. We may request additional information or documentation to assess the warranty claim thoroughly. It is important to note that the resolution of your claim is at the discretion of our team.
Please also be aware that this warranty policy is subject to change, and the terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your warranty coverage. Any updates or changes to the warranty policy will be communicated to customers in a clear and transparent manner.

Orders
How do I place an order?
Now that you're here, have a good browse of our site. Once you've found something you love, select the colour add it to your basket.
You'll only be able to select the "Add to Basket" button once you have selected the colour.
Once you've got your basket full to the
brim, complete checkout. If you have an account with us, login and it will populate your details - do check these in case you've moved!
If not, just type them all in. As soon as checkout is complete, you'll see a confirmation page - we'll also send you an email confirmation, but it's worth making note of your order number just in case you don't see your order confirmation and need to get in touch with us.
Can I modify my order?
If you want to make a change to your order such as the colour of a product or the delivery address then please contact us as soon as possible.
We have a limited window to make changes to orders. Once a change is made this will not update directly on your order but we will
ensure that the requested changes are made on our end.
Please note we can't change items on the order to an item with a higher price or add additional products to an order.
This is because once your order has been placed we have no way of capturing additional funds.
You would need to place a second order for this.
Order issues

We can assist you with any issues you have such as a delivery issue, missing items and faulty items.
For delivery issues, you may want to try and reach out to the courier first. If it is a delivery dispute then please check with neighbours and your surrounding property. If you still can not locate the order then get in touch and we will investigate this.
If you are missing an item, please check your emails as we may of contacted advising an item was not available. If we did not receive a response to the email
within a few days then the remainder of your order would have been shipped and the out of stock item refunded.
For faulty items, please email us explaining the issue and provide some images of this. Our technical team will look into this and may ask for the product to be returned for inspection.
Discount Codes
Where do I enter my discount code?
On a desktop/laptop
Once you are through to the checkout page, there will be somewhere to enter your code on the right hand side of the page. enter your code into the box then hit apply.
On a phone or other mobile device
Once you go through to the checkout page you will see a drop down box at the top of the page that says "show order summery" you will find the discount code box in the drop down.
My discount code isn't working
There are a number of reasons why this might be the case:
It might have expired (please check your email, flyer, wherever else you might have found the code - there is usually an expiry date on the reverse or in the small print).
You have already used it (discount codes are often single use).
You might not be eligible to use it (please check the terms of the code, as it might just for first orders).
You are trying to use it on an item that is not eligible for discounts (unfortunately, there are instances where discounts are only
valid on certain items).
You are trying to combine it with another discount or offer.
If you think, after checking the above, that you still qualify for the discount, then please drop an email to info@vesselgolf.uk and we'd be happy to take a closer look!
Can I use more than one discount code on an order?
We're afraid not - each order can only accept one discount code.
You should choose the most suitable code for your order, and leave other codes for next time!
Can I use my discount code more than once?
Our discount codes are single use, so if you have already used it, unfortunately you won't be able to use it again.
