How do I contact Vessel Support?

How long will my order take to arrive?
- We aim to deliver all orders within 2 - 4 working days depending on location.
What if my order is incorrect/missing?
- If missing, please contact info@vesselgolf.uk after a minimum of 7 full days, sometimes parcels don’t stay together and usually follow
- If incorrect, please contact using one of the above methods.
How long does it take for my embroidery items to arrive?
- If you would like embroidery this process takes a minimum of 3 weeks from the visual being approved
How to return an item if I am unhappy and where should I send it to?
- Please email us on info@vesselgolf.uk with your order number
- Then please send your return, tracked, with your order number inside to:

The team will check it is unused with original packaging and labels attached, they will initiate a refund as per our terms and conditions and accounts will let you know.
RETURNS POLICY
- Alternatively you can arrange a return with us for £20 and we can arrange a collection through DHL, please contact us to arrange a return.
- We do not offer free returns unless the bag is incorrect or damaged on arrival.
How do I open a Warranty claim for my item?

Can I purchase spare parts on your website?
- Yes, we offer leg clips, rubber feet, zips and a selection of miscellaneous parts
- These can all be found on our website if you click the search button

What are the options for personalisation?
- We offer embroidery on majority of the items, we offer logos or names or both
- Names - our font options are Ariel, Ariel Bold, or Script
- Logos - feel free to email us your logo and we can pop together a visual for you
- All these items can be purchased directly from our website

- Postage over £100 is FREE

How do I use the Combination Lock?
Here are the steps to set up your combination lock:
- Align all the numbers in the middle column to "000" (with the arrow pointing down), then pull the top of the lock to open it.
- Rotate the top of the lock 180 degrees, then push it down. Now, set your desired three-digit code.
- Once the code is set, pull up on the top of the lock and rotate it 180 degrees back to its original position.
- Your new code is now set. You can lock and unlock the lock using this code.
