I’ve had 3 bags now
"I’ve had 3 bags now from Vessel, the first 2 were perfect (cart and Sunday bags) but this one, despite the size being perfect had an imperfection on the grab handle. These bags are priced in the premium category of golf bags and whilst I accept things can happen, the after care has been pretty appalling to be honest. I got an email reply after raising my concerns following the warranty procedure (email sent 48 hours after the bag arrived to me) saying they will replace the handle no problem and to send address over, I sent my address to which the next response said they won’t post the replacement as it’s got to come from California. I then asked about my options and got supplied with a uk after care email address, sent the same details across to get the same response and that they would contact me, this was over a week ago, I’ve sent follow up emails and no response, also no clear contact number on the website for after care. Very disappointing customer service especially as I’ve purchased 3 bags and lots of accessories as well. Can’t fault the order process and delivery times and normally these bags are spot on!"
