NOT FIT FOR USE ON GOLF TROLLEY
"Marketed for use across carry, trolley and cart, I found it extremely disappointing when using with a trolley - so much so I stopped after 9 holes. Aspects of the bag are fantastic and meet the premium tag associated with it however not being able to use on a trolley without constant adjustment and refitting result in a disappointing purchase from my perspective. Equally disappointing is the customer care when returning the product as not meeting the description which is resulting in a dispute being raised in order to gain a refund/exchange."
Faulty bag, awful customer service. Nearly happy…
"Spent a fortune on my Player V Pro. Upon delivery I was very happy with the product. I have friends with the same bag and they were always happy. Unfortunately upon use, my bag was clearly faulty. A loose leg that bangs when I walk. Terribly annoying and doesn’t happen on my friends bag. I logged a customer service request where I was immediately contacted. Unfortunately, that was the best it ever got. First excuse was ‘the order isn’t showing as fulfilled’ so they couldn’t issue my replacement. Next I was asked to supply video and photo, which i did. I was told it would be exchanged. I was then told it was transferred to technical team. I was then told it was transferred to US customer team. 3 weeks since my first response, I am now chasing ghosts. No responses, any I get are another excuse or passed on to someone else. If the product wasn’t faulty, id have been extremely happy. Faults happen, it’s ok and that’s what warranty is for. But this customer service is awful considering the price you pay for the product. If you buy Vessel, just hope that your bag isn’t faulty, and if it is…just accept you’ll have a torrid time dealing with it and it may never be replaced. Still chasing to this day"

Bag had flaw, UK customer services not responding
"Ordered my LE sky blue Pro V and it arrived with an indentation on the main panel. Contacted UK customer services and got a brief reply on 30th Jan saying they would "raise a ticket". I asked instead just to return the bag so I could order a new one before they sell out. Despite several chasers I've had no reply and tried the phone number which has a message saying it is not manned! C'mon Vessel, this is a premium product but the service is really poor."
