Guys, it’s a 500$ bag
"Guys, it’s a 500$ bag but zippers are all messed up. One is totally trashed, and the other two hardly work. I bought some graphite today in hopes of allowing them to work. That being said, I really like the bag. Just wish I could in the pockets."
My new bag was sent
"My new bag was sent with a missing zipper pull. I was told the one specific to my bag is out of stock but I would be sent one to use in the meantime. Well they are non removable zippers so they can’t be used at all unless I damage the bag. I feel like although a temporary remedy was put forth, someone within the company should have known this wouldn’t work and would only further anger a customer. It’s a lot of money to spend on a bag when quality control doesn’t seem to be working. I have also not been given a timeframe for my replacement zipper."
